Active service performance occurs during our core operating windows, Monday through Sunday, between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM. To support critical facility emergencies or unique off-hour demands, requests for service outside these standard times (from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM) are available based on staff availability and include a $50 after-hours dispatch fee per visit.
